Willson’s through extensive initial exploration into the South East Asia Market, has built up a supply chain second to none.

The project started with a team being sent from the United Kingdom to Shenzhen in China. Their brief was to audit potential suppliers of printed matter to fulfil our UK requirements.

This in brief, meant Willsons Group Services setting up an office in Shenzhen to facilitate their task. Audits of over 300 printers during a 12 month period were undertaken. After all the relevant information was assimilated, a core chain of suppliers was selected, and working relationships were forged.

Willsons can now source in China with utmost confidence in their chosen suppliers, with out having an actual presence there. For the more complicated projects that are undertaken we despatch one of our team members to project manage.
