We introduced purchasing cards to make it easier for clients to buy low cost items. This streamlines administration in internal accounts, a major cost-saver where the value of a product is less than administration costs.

"Our goal was to speed up the purchasing process and cut down the number of purchase order transactions," said Delia Jeffcoat - Accounts Administrator. “It's an efficient way to get products to the clients, eliminating paperwork processing time and giving greater flexibility.”

“Purchase cards eliminate the writing of purchase orders for many products," Delia said. “Accounts departments now get one monthly invoice and process its payment. With ‘System Control’ we’ve turned a manual process into a computerised one with huge time-savings.”
